This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) of TruVISIBILITY LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“TruVISIBILITY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sets forth:

TruVISIBILITY may from time to time revise, modify or update this Privacy Policy. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
(a) Account Registration; General Use. When you create an account on the Website, use TruVISIBILITY products or services, or post content on our platform for uploading, viewing, and modifying user content provided by us to our users through the Website (the “Platform”), we collect your email address, username, and any information you post on the Platform by using our products or services. Your password is stored securely.
(b) Billing Information on Premium Accounts. We collect billing information from our premium account holders, which may include your name, address, telephone number, credit card details, and other information that is necessary in order to process payment. However, we use third party credit card processing services (e.g., PayPal) to process transaction payments and we do not store your billing information on our servers. Such third party credit card processing services are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for promotional purposes. Be sure to check their privacy policies for specific ways in which they may use your personal information.
(c) Technical Information. We automatically track and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request.
(d) Social Media Features. The Platform includes certain social media sharing features (e.g., the Facebook “like” button). These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with social media features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
(e) Other Information. We also collect other user information as part of our analytics services, in order to improve the service. However, we do not link such information to any personally identifiable information you submit while using the Platform.

(a) Generally. TruVISIBILITY may use or share your personal information where it is necessary to complete a transaction, to operate or improve the TruVISIBILITY products and services, or to do something that you have asked us to do.
(b) User Account Information. We will use the information you provide to us during the account opening process to can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and other issues relating to your use of the Platform and our products and services.
(c) Widgets. Widgets may support functions that require that you disclose certain personally identifiable information given the user’s choice of participation. This information is collected in many different ways, such as forms, surveys, forums, subscribing or unsubscribing to mailings and correcting or updating personally identifiable information, and is only used for the purpose for which they were collected.

From time to time, TruVISIBILITY or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on TruVISIBILITY, in which case, to participate, you may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions. This information will be used solely for the purpose of notifying and arranging delivery of promotional items to the person selected.
(g) Generally Accessible Information Warning. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. - Corporate Change. In transaction to sell all or a part of our business, your personally identifiable information may be one of the business assets that will be transferred. 5. CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION; DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete such information by making the change on the Website, or by emailing our Customer Support at info@truvisibility.com
You can delete your account with TruVISIBILITY at any time. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain your personal contact information in our records after you delete your account to the extent necessary to protect our legal interests or document compliance with regulatory requirements.
